Unresolved issue at previous employment

Smalam me sms ceo with regards to the bonus status and he passed the issue to wati. Wati then called me on why I still smsed ceo sedangkan baginya kes tu dh closed. Me not entitled to the remaining bonus. I said to her that ceo kata still pending thou dia kata dh settled.

So, I kata based on the memo mentioned tu yg I asked for the status. Dia kata dia follow the previous practice pasal memo tu + I'm used to do HR and according to her, I should known better. I kata zaman I dulu as far I can remember, xde stated claused pasal sape berenti bulan 7 and earlier xdpt bonus. Dia kata dia ikut apa kata rosmah. The result standstill. I kata ok lah klu tu yg dia maksudkan and I kata akan rujuk ke labor office. Dia kata u do whatever u like. I kata ok lah.

Few mins after that, dia called me back than said, dia ada appt ngan labor office and will bring the previous memo (zaman sy) + memo dia buat utk get clarification. So I said ok then inform me the outcomes lah. Dia kata ok. So now I'm in waiting mode hahaha....
